Valve seals are small moving parts whose task is to control the valve lubrication as they slide in their guides. There are two basic designs for valve seals: the deflective seal and the positive seal.

The NPC ® Seals are made of nylon, Teflon, viton, steel and synthetic rubber, materials that resist heat and corrosion generated by the hydrocarbons in the engine. The quality of the materials and its precision designs increase de working life of the piece, which in turn contributes to reduce the harmful emissions caused by oil leaks.
